Our wines carry a heritage born from the sea. Over 26 million years ago, the Limestone Coast in South Australia was submerged by a vast ocean that was home to a thriving marine ecosystem. Today, the area is rich with deep limestone deposits containing majestic marine fossils, including the fossilised remains of an ancient whale that contributes to the rich, fertile soil in our vineyard.
